Ravi works with buyers and sellers in all price brackets having homes and land on the market from $500,000 to 5 million plus.
Born and raised in Fiji Islands, he came to Canada in 1989 at age 14 with his parents. Ravi finished his Business and Marketing diploma from Douglas College. He worked for a telecommunication company in management/training and coaching field which gave him in-depth knowledge of how to conduct sales transactions and coach/train sales people in personal selling.
In 2005, Ravi started his Real Estate Career and was soon awarded with “Rookie of the Year” award based on production. Since 2005, Ravi has achieved numerous sales awards and recognition which he modestly accepts with recognizing his clients, friends and family’s support. “Without my clients I couldn’t have achieved what I am today. Every single award reminds me how I must always be provide ongoing world class service to excel my client’s expectation in every single dealing.” Since 2012, Ravi has designed a training company where he trains Realtors® to be their very best at Cold Calling. One of Ravi’s strength is that he is a hunter and will not shy away from picking up the phone and dialing to promote your home.
Ravi has completed many professional development courses. He is considered a great communicator and great negotiator who articulates the benefits of your home to achieve you the best market value. Ravi is blessed to have his parents living with him who he loves dearly. He has a younger brother and older sister and 2 nephews and one niece (2yrs). He has lots of family residing in New Zealand and Australia where he likes to visit every 3 to 5 years.
Ravi also donates portion of his income to causes that are dear to his heart. Starting 2016, Ravi will be dedicating percentage of his income going to foundation called Prawala, that evolved based on the need of women and children who are victims of trafficking. . He also donates to BC Children hospital and volunteers few hours a month in Care homes.
